About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly on the production line by monitoring, supplying, and packaging products on the machines
  • Ensure product quality standards and maintain an organized workstation in accordance with safety regulations
  • Follow the company’s golden safety rules and safeguard your own safety and that of other employees
  • Perform activities in accordance with the company’s safety and environmental procedures
  • Supply raw materials and consumables and package finished products according to standard procedures
  • Keep the workstation clean and organized in accordance with 5S and TPM programs
  • Monitor and operate machines correctly, requesting maintenance when necessary
  • Ensure accurate production reporting
  • Share knowledge of activities when necessary
  • Complete production forms according to the department’s standards
  • Ensure product quality and perform process inspections
  • Report and ensure production volumes, explaining any variances
  • Perform rework and product inspections when necessary
  • Implement improvement projects within the department
  • Support other departments when requested
  • Work the afternoon shift: Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

  • Knowledge/experience in Assembly Line, Basic Math, Computer Literacy, Data Entry, Forklift Operations, Inventory Management, Machinery Operation, Manual Dexterity, Manufacturing Quality Control, Manufacturing Techniques, Packaging Operations, Production Efficiencies, Production Scheduling, Safety Protocols, and SOP Compliance
