  • Build marketing and communication content for product releases
  • Maintain communication plans based on the digital roadmap
  • Maintain relationships with leadership and stakeholders
  • Review and update project value drivers, milestones, dates, risks, actions, and related data
  • Analyze the digital portfolio backlog and identify opportunities
  • Define and monitor value realization measures
  • Complete ad-hoc portfolio projects and identify process improvements
  • Establish standardized tools across DS&I, GSMG, and GWES
  • Support programs that raise digital acumen across GSMG & GWES

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Administration, IT Management, Real Estate/Facilities Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain
  • Experience focused on program and portfolio management, digital transformation, and digital strategy
  • Strong management and communication skills emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
  • Ability to create videos and content about new technologies and tools
  • Solid communication and presentation skills for audiences from entry-level associates to C-level leaders
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured, quantifiable value frameworks in end-to-end business cases
  • Ability to track, measure, and report realized versus projected benefits over time
  • Ability to analyze issues from safety, compliance, maintenance, automation, equipment, process, and people perspectives
  • Knowledge of digital trends, industry standards, products, and solution development techniques in procurement and/or facilities
