About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in business analysis and process design for Strategy and Planning and Launch Planning capabilities
  • Shape requirements, recommend effective approaches, and support consistent execution across business processes and solutions
  • Report to the Director, Content Supply Chain Orchestration team
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, business rules, and functional requirements
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization input, and scope clarity with product and technology teams
  • Analyze current-state workflows and identify process improvement, simplification, and standardization opportunities
  • Document future-state processes, decision points, and dependencies
  • Recommend best-practice process improvements
  • Clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Contribute to test planning, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and readiness activities
  • Monitor adoption, capture feedback, and identify enhancement opportunities after release
  • Provide advisory support to cross-functional stakeholders and guide adoption of planning capabilities
  • Prepare documentation, communications, and analysis materials
  • Support change management by helping users understand process changes and solution capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, life sciences, or a related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, standards definition, compliance requirements translation, or solution design within regulated enterprise environments
  • Ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements
  • Ability to translate requirements into process and solution recommendations
  • Experience supporting planning workflows, launch processes, or cross-functional business operations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
  • Experience with process mapping, user story development, workflow documentation, testing support, and change impact assessment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred experience with Adobe Workfront or similar enterprise workflow and planning platforms
  • Strong business analysis and requirements management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into process, workflow, and solution requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement focus
  • Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience in business analysis or process improvement preferred
  • US and Puerto Rico residents only
