About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic partner advancing data-driven decision-making and digital capability adoption
  • Lead requirements gathering, alignment, and implementation of reporting solutions integrating purpose-built applications, user-generated analytics, and NLP-based bots
  • Support delivery of technical solutions through requirements gathering, documentation, data readiness, development, and testing
  • Investigate trends and outliers, identify drivers, and form and test hypotheses
  • Support stakeholder engagement, training, technical/data literacy, and user support
  • Collect internal data for external benchmarking surveys
  • Maintain understanding of systems, processes, and data flows relevant to clinical and operational reporting
  • Engage stakeholders to document needs and translate them into requirements and technical deliverables
  • Maintain data dictionaries, metric definitions, SOPs, and change logs
  • Learn and apply new technologies and reporting methods
  • Drive user engagement, communications, training, and data literacy initiatives to maximize adoption of digital tools and insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Non-Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree and 7+ years, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years, or Advanced Degree (Master's or Doctorate) and 2+ years
  • Degree fields: computer science, Statistics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or a health care-related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more BI platforms such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or Tableau
  • Understanding of data literacy best practices, governed sharing practices, and basic security concepts including row-level security
  • Ability to perform light-to-moderate data wrangling across BI tools and spreadsheets
  • Expert spreadsheet and tabular proficiency using pivots, lookups, conditional logic, data validation, and error checks
  • Proficiency in documentation and metadata management, including versioning, naming, and access control standards
  • Conceptual understanding of workspace organization, permission models, data connections, and refresh schedules
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and database concepts, data quality, and governance
  • Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Foundation in statistics and deep experience in data visualization best practices applied to operational analytics
  • Relevant experience in clinical operations, healthcare/analytics/operations, training/enablement, or related fields
  • Experience designing and delivering training, enablement materials, or workshops
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • No visa sponsorship
