About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain CIAM architecture standards, patterns, and reference designs
- Lead the design and implementation of PingOne-based identity solutions
- Architect authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), authorization, and consent management capabilities
- Partner with Solution Architects, Product Teams, Security, and Enterprise Identity teams to deliver scalable and secure identity solutions
- Support application onboarding and integration with the CIAM platform
- Drive platform modernization, technical governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to CIAM engineers
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and architecture standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Identity & Access Management, or Software Engineering
- Deep expertise in PingOne, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, Federation, and API Security
- Experience designing enterprise-scale CIAM solutions
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modern application integration patterns
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
- PingOne certifications preferred
- Experience with CIAM platforms supporting customer-facing digital ecosystems preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, eCommerce, CRM, and digital engagement platforms preferred
- Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and identity governance preferred
