Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, configure, and support CIAM solutions using PingOne and related technologies.
Implement authentication, SSO, MFA, authorization, federation, and consent management capabilities.
Develop integrations between CIAM platforms and web applications.
Support customer identity lifecycle management and access governance processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous platform improvements.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and architecture standards.
Participate in platform upgrades, market rollouts, and modernization initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of software engineering and CIAM experience.
Experience with PingOne, Okta, Auth0, or similar CIAM technologies.
Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, federation, and API security.
Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with B2B and B2C CIAM and digital customer-facing web applications preferred.
Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and identity governance preferred.
Experience integrating Salesforce, eCommerce, CRM, or customer engagement platforms preferred.
CIAM or Identity Management certifications preferred.
Web UX/UI creation experience preferred.
