About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, configure, and implement Kinaxis Maestro based on business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed software specifications aligned with user stories and deadlines
- Participate in supply chain planning design sessions covering demand planning, supply planning, and order scheduling
- Lead data integration and transformation efforts
- Manage QA/UAT and collect user feedback to improve implementations
- Coordinate with Kinaxis product engineering, professional services, and support teams to drive product enhancements
- Run deployment workshops
- Train and support end users during testing to ensure smooth adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- 5 years of authoring experience in Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RapidResponse)
- Experience in software implementations or deployments within supply chain planning modules, including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning and Scheduling
- Proven experience applying supply chain concepts to forecasting, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for data integration and orchestration
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and release management techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles
