About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Profile, promote, and drive sales of OTC BioPharma and ID products for production animals
  • Build relationships with primary producers, rural distributors, veterinarians, and agricultural influencers
  • Provide technical support and product training
  • Execute strategic business plans with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Segment and engage distributor and end-user populations
  • Deliver brand campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and marketing strategies

  • Report local market intelligence
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, veterinary professionals, and rural influencers
  • Deliver presentations to customers and consumer groups
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support digital marketing
  • Manage personal career development and training plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive and relevant commercial experience in a Territory Sales-related role is essential
  • Agricultural, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry experience is ideal
  • Key account management experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, territory management, and sales tracking
  • Ability to work independently in regional settings while staying connected with the team and head office
  • Ability to analyse sales and market trends
  • Valid driving licence required
  • Willingness and ability to travel 100%
  • Ability to work in Australia; visa sponsorship is not provided
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
