About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute production tasks for the appropriate area in a GMP manner under direction from Senior/Lead Technicians or Supervisors
- Identify appropriate tasks and perform basic functions independently
- Learn and perform more complex tasks related to the function of the area
- Maintain cGMP and safety training to site requirements
- Report potential quality events and GMP/SOP non-conformance
- Execute paperwork using Good Documentation Practices
- Perform incoming material receipt, clinical site drug returns, and sample management
- Receive, inspect, and store warehouse inventory
- Execute sample collection activities
- Perform weekly replenishment, excess and obsolete inventory posting, and min/max changes
- Coordinate and execute discard processes for expired and unavailable inventory
- Process orders and stage materials supporting packaging/labeling work centers
- Provide emergency cold vault coverage when needed
- Perform regular cycle counts and ensure system inventory accuracy
- Manage shipping, freight, and logistics functions, including pick, pack, label, schedule, and ship
- Coordinate and/or prioritize warehouse activities as assigned
- Create packaging documents according to SOPs
- Ensure correct documentation of transactions within SAP
- Check written GMP documents for correct content
- Interact with employees within the department and across other groups/departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of relevant industry experience
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. required for Packaging and Warehouse roles
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Demonstrate competency and in-depth knowledge of all processes, methods and procedures related to GMP environment and area-specific tasks
- Experience with handling different temperature materials
- Willing to operate warehouse equipment

- Maintain training and compliance with site safety and quality requirements
- Follow cGMP, SOP, and safety requirements
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be requested
