Provide expert assistance in diagnosing complex technical issues
Support the dealer network in resolving technical product challenges

Use practical workshop experience to support development of solutions across the entire product range
Act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven automotive and technical experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer
Aftersales retail experience is an advantage
Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
Fluency in English; any additional language is welcome
Experience with a high-performing, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus
Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail
Flexible and proactive personality
Personal qualities of integrity and credibility
High-level organizational and time management skills
Strong business acumen and customer focus
Passion for the automotive industry
Customer-focused and motivated approach
