About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage escalated technical cases from front-line support
- Validate information, perform deep-dive analysis and define corrective actions
- Provide remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams, especially in connection with electrical buses
- Ensure timely and effective vehicle repair
- Produce clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders
- Highlight risks, trends and areas for improvement
- Monitor activity KPIs including case ageing, recurrence and fix-it-right-first-time
- Flag early warning signals on product or process issues
- Contribute to the technical knowledge base and best practices
- Support continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshops
- Provide field-based, on-site technical support covering all Serbia
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair (dealer, workshop or OEM environment)
- Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes and log files to identify root causes and recurring issues on vehicles
- Capable of translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way
- Team player with proactive attitude, logical and inquisitive mindset
- Able to operate in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments
- Must be based in Serbia / applications accepted from all Serbia
