About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze automotive after-sales processes and verify the compliance of warranty claims at dealerships
  • Assess the compliance of repairs and document management against the manufacturer’s standards
  • Collect data, plan field visits, and prioritize key areas for review
  • Conduct dealership audits covering repair orders, replaced parts, and manufacturer procedures
  • Identify non-compliance, billing/claim-handling discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Explain discrepancies to Warranty and After-Sales Managers and provide recommendations
  • Co-develop an action plan with the After-Sales Manager
  • Present audit findings and the action plan to dealership management
  • Ensure accurate reporting and respond to consulting requests from the dealer and dealership network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Background in automotive after-sales, such as automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/auditing, service management, or after-sales management
  • Strong automotive mechanical and technical knowledge
  • Proficiency with IT tools and Excel, including tracking and dashboards
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and diplomacy skills
  • Rigorous and analytical approach
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work effectively in a team
  • Full, valid Category B driver’s license
  • Enjoy working in the field and be available for regular travel
  • This position is not intended for financial or accounting audit profiles
