About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze automotive after-sales processes
  • Assess the compliance of work performed and document management at dealerships against manufacturer standards
  • Collect case data, plan on-site activities, and identify priority control points
  • Conduct dealership audits and review repair files, replaced parts, and manufacturer procedures
  • Identify non-compliance, billing/coverage anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Explain observed anomalies to Warranty and After-Sales Managers and provide practical recommendations
  • Develop, together with the After-Sales Manager, a roadmap focused on resolving discrepancies and improving site performance
  • Present and support the audit findings and action plan before dealership management
  • Provide accurate reporting and respond to advisory requests from the dealer and dealership network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Background in the automotive after-sales sector (automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/auditing, service management, or after-sales management)
  • Strong automotive mechanical and technical knowledge, enabling analysis of the consistency of repair and service records
  • Proficiency with IT tools and Excel (tracking and dashboards)
  • Strong communication, coaching, and diplomatic skills
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, and analytical approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Category B driver's license
  • Enjoys field-based work and is available for regular travel
  • This role focuses on automotive technical matters and processes and is not intended for financial or accounting audit profiles
