About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze automotive aftersales processes and assess the compliance of repairs and document management at dealerships
  • Gather case data, plan field visits, and identify priority checkpoints
  • Conduct dealership audits covering repair files, replaced parts, and manufacturer procedures
  • Identify non-compliance, billing/coverage anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Explain anomalies to Warranty and Aftersales Managers and provide practical recommendations
  • Co-develop, with the Aftersales Manager, a roadmap to address discrepancies and improve site performance
  • Present audit findings and the action plan to dealership management
  • Ensure accurate reporting and respond to requests for advice from the agent and dealer network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Background in automotive aftersales, such as automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, aftersales engineering, quality/audit, service management, or aftersales management
  • Strong automotive mechanical and technical knowledge, enabling you to assess the consistency of repair files
  • Good command of IT tools and Excel, including tracking and dashboards
  • Strong communication, teaching, and diplomatic skills
  • Methodical approach and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Category B driving licence
  • Enjoy working in the field and be available for regular travel
  • This role focuses on automotive technical expertise and processes and is not intended for financial or accounting audit profiles
