About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze after-sales processes and verify the compliance of warranty files across the manufacturer's dealership network throughout France
- Assess the compliance of repair work and document management against the manufacturer's standards
- Gather case data, schedule on-site activities, and identify priority control points
- Conduct dealership audits and review repair files, replaced parts, and manufacturer procedures
- Identify non-compliance issues, billing/claim anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Explain anomalies to Warranty and After-Sales Managers and provide practical recommendations
- Co-develop an action plan with the After-Sales Manager
- Present and substantiate audit findings and the action plan to dealership management
- Provide accurate reporting and respond to requests for advice from the agent and dealer network
- Join a field team of traveling auditors reporting to the Team Leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in automotive after-sales, including automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/audit, service management, or after-sales management
- Strong automotive mechanical and technical knowledge enabling the analysis of repair file consistency
- Proficiency in IT tools and Excel, including tracking and dashboards
- Excellent communication, coaching, and diplomatic skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Category B driver's license
- Willingness to travel regularly
- This role focuses on automotive technical matters and processes and is not intended for financial or accounting audit profiles
