About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze automotive after-sales processes and verify the compliance of warranty files at dealerships
  • Assess the compliance of repair work and document management against manufacturer standards
  • Collect case data, plan field visits, and identify priority audit areas
  • Conduct dealership audits covering repair orders, replaced parts, and manufacturer procedures
  • Identify non-conformities, billing/claim anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Explain discrepancies to Warranty and After-Sales Managers and provide recommendations
  • Co-develop an action plan with the After-Sales Manager
  • Present audit findings and the action plan to dealership management
  • Provide accurate reporting and respond to requests for advice from the dealer and agent network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Background in automotive after-sales, such as automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/auditing, service management, or after-sales management
  • Strong automotive mechanical and technical knowledge, enabling analysis of the consistency of repair and service files
  • Proficiency in IT tools and Excel, including tracking and dashboard reporting
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and diplomatic skills
  • Methodical approach and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Category B driving licence
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • This role focuses on automotive technology and processes and is not intended for financial or accounting audit profiles
