About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze after-sales processes and verify the compliance of warranty files across the manufacturer’s dealer network throughout France
  • Assess the compliance of repair work and document management against the manufacturer’s standards
  • Gather case data, plan field visits, and identify priority control points
  • Review repair files, replaced parts, and manufacturer procedures
  • Identify non-compliances, billing/coverage anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Explain anomalies to Warranty and After-Sales Managers and provide practical recommendations
  • Develop an action roadmap jointly with the After-Sales Manager
  • Present and substantiate the audit findings and action plan to the dealership’s management
  • Provide accurate reporting and respond to advisory requests from the agent and dealer network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Background in automotive after-sales, such as automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/audit, service management, or after-sales management
  • Strong automotive mechanical and technical knowledge to assess the consistency of service and repair files
  • Proficiency with IT tools and Excel, including tracking and dashboards
  • Strong communication, teaching, and diplomatic skills
  • Rigorous and analytical approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Category B driver’s license
  • Enjoys field-based work and is available for regular travel
  • This role focuses on automotive technology and processes and is not intended for financial or accounting audit profiles
