About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enter and complete customer information in financing proposals
  • Obtain customers’ signatures on financing agreements
  • Provide support regarding questions about collateral substitution, assignment of rights, and TC amounts and bank fees
  • Distribute financing tables when requested
  • Request special promotional rates from banks to remain competitive
  • Maintain weekly reports detailing the number of sales, approved and declined applications, and applications submitted to another bank
  • Verify customer documentation requested by the credit department and forward it to the payments team
  • Package and label document envelopes for shipment
  • Reassess applications pending or declined by the bank
  • Resolve process-flow and post-sale issues with end customers
  • Monitor and replenish the dealership’s supply of financing agreement kits
  • Deliver registered agreements in the required jurisdictions
  • Maintain contact with sales representatives, managers, finance teams, directors, and dealership network owners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience with automotive financing processes
  • Knowledge of interest rates and banking calculations
  • Understanding of financial mathematics
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Availability to work 44 hours per week, Monday through Saturday
