About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze automotive after-sales processes and verify the compliance of warranty files at dealerships across the manufacturer’s network throughout France
  • Assess the compliance of repair work and document management against the manufacturer’s standards
  • Collect case data, plan on-site activities, and target priority checkpoints
  • Review repair files (repair orders, replaced parts, and manufacturer procedures) against contractual and warranty requirements
  • Identify non-compliance, billing/coverage anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Explain anomalies to Warranty and After-Sales Managers and provide practical recommendations
  • Work with the After-Sales Manager to develop a roadmap for resolving discrepancies and improving site performance
  • Present and support audit findings and the action plan to dealership management
  • Provide accurate activity reporting and respond to advisory requests from the dealer and dealership network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in the automotive after-sales sector (automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/auditing, service management, or after-sales management)
  • Strong automotive mechanical and technical knowledge to assess the consistency of repair files
  • Proficiency with IT tools and Excel (tracking and dashboards)
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and diplomatic skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Category B driving licence
  • Enjoys field-based work and is available for regular travel
  • This role focuses on automotive technical expertise and processes; it is not intended for financial or accounting audit profiles
