About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure SuccessFactors Learning, including learning items, curricula, certification paths, assignment profiles, assessments, ILT, notifications, user roles and permissions
Define test scenarios and validate migrated learner records, learning history and certifications
Reconcile migration exceptions with data owners
Plan and run UAT for learner journeys, assignment logic, certifications and admin permissions
Track defects through retesting and closure
Coordinate plans, dependencies, risks, decisions and status reporting with LMS administrators, business owners and IT
Support cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare
Document configuration and procedures
Transfer know-how to the long-term LMS administrator

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience implementing or administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Proven experience with LMS data migration, including validation and reconciliation of learner records and learning history
At least one LMS implementation or platform transition taken to go-live
Experience coordinating plans, dependencies, risks and stakeholder decisions on a technology project
Clear written and verbal communication, from administrators to executives
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Cypher Learning experience
Launches across multiple learner populations or brands
SSO, enterprise integrations or learning-data reporting
SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification, PMP or equivalent
