About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Answer support requests and deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair service
  • Follow the repair process and monitor its success
  • Analyze and report process gaps and advise on how to address them
  • Review existing processes to increase quality
  • Report dealer performance on escalated cases
  • Communicate with retailer staff, help and coach them
  • Find root causes for technical deviations and prevent future support needs
  • Document complex technical issues for the central organization
  • Build relationships with retailers and customers
  • Continually improve the effectiveness of the function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Trained and certified to ‘Master Technician’ status or equivalent
  • Electrical diagnosis skills and experience
  • High voltage/EV experience (desirable)
  • Ability to investigate, report on, and diagnose complex vehicle systems, either “hands on” or remotely
  • Ability to focus on multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • ‘Can do attitude’
