About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate ASL interpreting and CART captioning requests from intake through completion
- Schedule interpreters and captioners for meetings, conferences, trainings, and complex events
- Build relationships with clients, contractors, and community partners
- Resolve scheduling changes and urgent requests
- Recruit, onboard, and support independent contractors
- Improve workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor service quality and ensure assignments are delivered accurately and on time
- Collaborate with the team to improve operations and customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two or more years of experience in operations, scheduling, project coordination, customer success, client services, event coordination, or a similar role
- Strong leadership potential and initiative to grow into a Team Lead role over time
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with customers, vendors, contractors, or service providers
- Comfortable learning new technology and working with scheduling and business software
- Ability to take ownership, adapt to changing priorities, improve processes, and manage multiple priorities
- Live within 20 miles from Clayton, Missouri and within commuting distance of the Greater St. Louis area
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute throughout the St. Louis metro area
- Reliable high-speed internet and a private professional home workspace suitable for video meetings
- Comfortable and professional on camera; video meetings require cameras on
