Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure application quality
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements, functionality, and expected use cases
Identify, log, document, and track bugs and other quality issues
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate the application
Participate in requirements specification reviews and project planning sessions
Establish and promote QA process best practices
Assist in defining quality metrics and KPIs and ensure targets are met

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role on medium- and large-scale projects
Knowledge of QA tools and processes, including end-to-end testing and BDD
Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for reading and writing technical documentation and communicating with global teams
Knowledge of test automation tools such as Bruno, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, and Cypress (preferred)
Knowledge of creating test plans in Azure DevOps (preferred)
