About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards, including metrics, KPIs, and performance analyses
  • Perform on-demand data analyses, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities and transforming them into insights and recommendations
  • Develop Python scripts and SQL queries for data collection, processing, manipulation, and analysis
  • Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and statistical analyses
  • Present analyses and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable information
  • Use generative AI and AI coding tools to support and accelerate analysis, development, review, testing, and documentation activities
  • Explore AI and automation opportunities to increase the efficiency and quality of Data & BI routines, critically validating AI-generated results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Data, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboards, metrics/KPIs, and data analysis
  • Experience with Python and SQL applied to data analysis and manipulation
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and EDA
  • Strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI and AI coding tools in data and software development work
  • Ability to technically review and validate results produced with AI assistance
