About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure effective implementation of new, complex treasury management business, heavily weighted toward new government banking and oil & gas industry verticals
  • Partner with implementation teams and third-party vendors for flawless, timely execution
  • Collect required client information and document requirements for the implementation team
  • Develop regular project updates for the client, client team, and implementation team
  • Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Conduct user readiness assessments and address gaps
  • Influence Legal, Product Management, Risk, and other business functions to complete required activities
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement or automation opportunities
  • Follow regulatory, policy, and bank procedures
  • Partner with implementation teams, Relationship Managers, and TBA Training to assist with client training
  • Review information and trends to ensure processes achieve desired results and services meet agreed service levels and client needs
  • Identify and escalate issues and risks and participate in problem resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous project management experience at a major financial institution, preferably with Treasury Management/Card/Trust/Government experience (5-10 years)
  • Banking Treasury Management Service and Implementation experience (5+ Years)
  • Workflow documentation experience, including detailed cross-functional flows
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinker
  • Creative problem solver
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable with accessing and navigating multiple banking departments
  • Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments and risk management
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 30%)
