About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications and digital platforms
  • Build modern user experiences using React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Develop APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js
  • Modernize legacy applications into cloud-native, API-first solutions
  • Design and implement solutions using Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, containers, and event-driven architecture
  • Develop and integrate relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and secure coding practices
  • Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, privacy, risk, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Risk, and Business teams to deliver technology solutions
  • Build AI-powered user experiences and workflow automation solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise applications
  • Strong experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices
  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, containerization, and automated testing
  • Experience within Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, Customer Onboarding, CIAM, or Financial Services
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience developing customer-facing digital platforms and modern web applications
  • Experience with design systems, reusable UI components, and responsive design
  • Understanding of digital banking ecosystems, payment solutions, and identity management platforms
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
  • Knowledge of AI Copilots, Conversational AI, Intelligent Search, RAG, Semantic Search, and Prompt Engineering
  • Experience building AI-powered user experiences and workflow automation solutions
  • Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, Security, Privacy, and Compliance
