About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete assigned provisioning and deprovisioning tasks within required timeframes
- Assist the Vice President with assigning and monitoring tickets
- Assist Application Administrators by answering questions and providing training
- Lead application weekly meetings when requested
- Monitor third-party schedules as backup to the Vice President
- Respond to senior leadership issues and escalations when requested or as backup
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update SOPs and playbooks
- Manage ticket escalations with managers and security administrators
- Support onboarding new applications and platforms into IAM operational processes
- Provide direction to global teams, offshore support models, and vendor-managed services
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and evidence collection, including live demonstrations
- Partner with technology and business teams to resolve access-related incidents and problems
- Ensure timely and quality execution of provisioning, access modifications, deprovisioning, and access reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or Technology Operations
- Prior experience in ticketing and queue management
- Moderate Excel skills for data analysis, including macros, scripting, or formula experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Experience with IAM tools, ServiceNow, Identity Governance Administration (IGA), Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and PAM platforms
- Previous customer service skills
- Proven experience working with integrity, accountability, and a strong risk mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience directing third-party offshore service providers
- Preferred experience in the financial sector
