About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Production Control Tower by contributing to key risk and control management activities
  • Perform detective reviews related to KYC process breaks
  • Coordinate with external reviewers
  • Identify emerging risks across core workflows
  • Review detective reports to identify KYC or process breaks
  • Lead escalations and remediation efforts for identified gaps
  • Ensure timely issue escalation and support corrective action plans
  • Support new projects and initiatives, including enhancements to monitoring, reporting, and control processes
  • Assist in executing third-party reviews, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments, control testing, and Internal Audit reviews
  • Apply working knowledge of risk taxonomies, inherent risk rationales, control design, and control descriptions
  • Manage workstreams end-to-end, even when information or oversight is limited
  • Identify obstacles proactively and collaborate with partners to develop viable solutions
  • Interact constructively with stakeholders at all levels, independently and in team environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong Excel or technical skills
  • Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and remotely one day
