About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the efficiency of financial operations by analyzing information and monitoring processes
- Analyze the average payment period (APP) and payment terms agreed with suppliers
- Analyze payment methods and verify expense information
- Verify negotiated terms, fees, and due dates related to Supplier Risk (Risco Sacado)
- Support suppliers and internal clients with banking transactions
- Support the entry of invoices and other financial documents
- Keep controls and records up to date
- Support the continuous improvement of financial routines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Intermediate Excel skills and ease with business systems
- Experience in finance, accounting, or administration
- Experience in Accounts Payable is a plus
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactivity and ability to work independently
- Interest in continuous learning and new tools
- Clear communication with suppliers and internal teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team
