About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Nurture strong team and client relationships throughout assigned projects
Own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing, and coordinating client activities
Track progress and manage project risks
Support the Client Success Group as a technical resource for assessments and quoting
Assess client business requirements and develop comprehensive project strategies
Lead and execute client engagements on time, within scope and budget
Serve as a subject matter expert on Multiview products
Lead consulting initiatives involving financial process optimization, system configuration, user adoption, training, and post-go-live planning
Deliver hands-on consulting, coaching, and knowledge transfer
Develop and deliver virtual, webinar, online, and onsite training programs
Advise clients and internal leadership on operational challenges and strategic initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, solution adoption, and business processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Customer Support, Product, and Development teams
Manage multiple concurrent client engagements
Build client relationships through communication, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Support escalation and resolution of client issues, enhancement requests, and project risks
Participate in process improvement and team initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services or client-facing environment
Advanced experience with Multiview Software is required
Proven ability to lead innovative, solution-focused outcomes in a highly collaborative environment
Demonstrated accountability for consistently exceeding client expectations in a B2B setting
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, and change management skills
Commitment to leadership, ownership, and accountability for team operations and outcomes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Prior SaaS experience is an asset
5+ years of Multiview Financial product or Enterprise software experience would be loved to see
