About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize, maintain, and improve Murj’s shared library of graphics, templates, presentations, video elements, and reusable creative resources
  • Establish systems for naming, versioning, finding, and using brand assets
  • Help maintain and expand Murj’s brand guide and translate brand standards into templates and tools
  • Support colleagues in using brand resources consistently
  • Design and refine presentations, campaign graphics, sales and marketing collateral, graphic elements, and other materials
  • Create on-brand graphics for social media and digital campaigns
  • Clean up, edit, assemble, and prepare video content for marketing, social, sales, and internal use
  • Create video titles, graphic elements, and simple motion treatments
  • Produce polished, print-ready materials meeting visual, technical, and production requirements
  • Evaluate and responsibly incorporate AI-enabled creative tools into brand and asset workflows
  • Contribute visual assets and design support for website work and cross-functional initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Head of Graphic Design and Director of Marketing
  • During the first 90 days, learn Murj’s brand and products, audit and organize assets, improve templates, deliver creative support, and identify workflow improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graphic design experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio, internships, freelance work, or comparable projects
  • Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail across digital and print work
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience creating and refining presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Experience with shared asset libraries or digital asset-management systems
  • Working knowledge of print-production requirements and file preparation
  • Strong organizational skills and interest in building clear, reusable systems for assets and templates
  • Ability to receive feedback, manage multiple assignments, and follow work through to completion
  • Resourceful, curious approach to unfamiliar tools or assignments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Core working hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in the employee's timezone
  • 2–3 years of relevant graphic design experience (nice to have)
  • Motion graphics or animation experience, particularly in After Effects (nice to have)
  • Video editing experience using Premiere Pro or a comparable tool (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Figma, website design, or digital design systems (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and responsible creative-use practices (nice to have)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (nice to have)
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or another technical industry (nice to have)
