About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the platform
- Build .NET backend services and APIs, data access, and modern web front-ends such as Vue or React/TypeScript
- Own architecture and technical design for features and services
- Balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Write clean, well-tested, observable code
- Uphold comprehensive testing, code review, CI/CD, and operational excellence
- Use AI coding agents to plan, implement, test, refactor, and review software
- Break complex work into scoped tasks and write specifications, context, and guardrails for agents
- Review, test, and harden agent-generated code for correctness, security, and quality
- Improve team practices with agents, reusable prompts, and tooling
- Partner with Product, Design, and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into customer-facing value
- Mentor peers, contribute to technical direction, and establish standards for an agentic-first engineering culture
- Travel regularly for partner meetings, business reviews, industry events, and company gatherings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience building software with an agentic engineering approach using AI coding agents/assistants such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar for real production work
- Strong fundamentals in system design, data modeling, APIs, relational databases such as SQL Server/PostgreSQL, testing, and CI/CD
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Comfort with containers, automated pipelines, and observability
- Excellent judgment and code-review skills to evaluate and harden AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance
- Clear communication and ability to decompose ambiguous problems and collaborate across a distributed, remote team
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production full-stack applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; equivalent practical experience considered
- Candidates must be based in the United States
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Nice to have: experience writing prompts, custom agent tooling, MCP servers, or agentic workflows
- Nice to have: familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic and RAG
- Nice to have: background in B2B SaaS, document/process automation, or data- and workflow-heavy enterprise domains
- Nice to have: familiarity with security and compliance in multi-tenant SaaS, such as SOC 2
- Nice to have: open-source contributions or a track record of raising engineering practices on a team
