About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver a variety of trained and certified simulation scenarios accurately, reliably, and professionally in alignment with learning objectives
  • Portray a variety of perspectives using Mursion’s proprietary technology
  • Facilitate reflection debriefs with diverse learner populations
  • Provide balanced and fair learner feedback and accurate performance scores
  • Complete operational session tasks, forms, and attendance records
  • Use and adapt quickly to evolving technology
  • Host sessions by welcoming learners, explaining logistics, answering questions, providing information, and facilitating reflection
  • Establish and enforce stated learner policies and expectations
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct and policies protecting learner privacy and Mursion’s intellectual property
  • Organize and manage availability, session, and work-related schedules
  • Prioritize session delivery, training, internal meetings, and assigned tasks
  • Maintain compliance with availability policies and protocols
  • Target billing hours to consist of 80%+ service delivery on average
  • Provide equal practice opportunities to diverse learners
  • Complete accurate and timely feedback forms for clients
  • Create a welcoming, customer-service-oriented host experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years experience as a professional actor
  • Improv experience strongly preferred
  • Native-proficiency speaker of EU-French and English, able to deliver scenarios to clients in both languages
  • Work experience outside of professional acting in customer-facing industries or roles, preferably customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday from 12am–8am ET for the overnight team
  • Available to consistently deliver 20–30 hours per week
  • Able to complete a rigorous paid training plan autonomously and on time (65–85 hours total) within 4–6 weeks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work from a private and quiet location with a strong and stable internet connection
  • Wired internet connection required
  • 20 Mbps download speed (100+ recommended)
  • 5 Mbps upload speed (15+ recommended)
  • Reside in Canada or Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia
