About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer customers' questions about products and services via phone, email, and chat
- Handle back-office tasks such as product orders and deliveries
- Provide customer service for the Norwegian team
- Work in a diverse and independent role within the Nordic customer service center

Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Preferably also fluent in Swedish or Finnish
- Customer-oriented with excellent people skills
- Passion for solving problems and delivering a world-class customer experience
- Knowledge and experience about animals, especially dogs and cats, is a benefit
- Ability to work Monday–Friday between 8:00 and 18:00
- Workplace in Käpylä, Helsinki
- Must be able to work in a role involving animals; the job may not be suitable for a person suffering from an animal allergy
