About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Direct and Indirect Materials Buyers with procurement activities.
  • Issue and track purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
  • Prepare quotations (RFI/RFQ) and support supplier negotiations.
  • Monitor deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
  • Update supplier records, prices, contracts, and purchasing information in systems and reports.
  • Monitor the expiration dates of supply, service, and loan-for-use contracts.
  • Support the consolidation and communication of Procurement KPIs and reports.
  • Collaborate and liaise with Muviq’s global team.
  • Support supplier qualification and documentation.
  • Interact with internal departments to align requirements and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Support cost-reduction initiatives, process improvements, and departmental compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
