About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead customer integrations end-to-end, including scoping, technical design, implementation, testing, go-live, and ongoing maintenance
Work directly with customers and partners on technical calls to understand their systems and data and deliver working solutions
Provide technical support by answering integration questions, investigating and resolving issues, and maintaining reliable integrations
Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and systems, including PMS platforms, open banking, and payment providers
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation
Design and build backend services, APIs, and data flows in a microservices architecture for high-scale usage
Improve integration infrastructure for faster and more reliable customer onboarding, monitoring, and alerting
Own features end-to-end from idea to production, including frontend work
Write high-quality, testable code, including unit and integration tests
Perform code reviews and collaborate with developers, product managers, customer success, and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years working with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#
At least 2 years working with client-side technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular
Proven experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party APIs and external systems
Customer-facing experience working directly with clients' technical teams
Strong communication skills and a service mindset
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch
Experience building Dockerized services
Experience with cloud DevOps, preferably AWS
BSc in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Very good written and spoken English
Experience with PMS/real estate systems is an advantage
Experience in microservice architecture is an advantage
Knowledge of CQRS/event-driven design patterns is an advantage
Experience in the finance domain is an advantage
