About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advising on and implementing SAP CRM and S/4HANA Customer Management projects
Analyzing and optimizing customer management processes
Developing, customizing, and implementing SAP solutions using ABAP and ABAP OO
Contributing to SAP S/4HANA Customer Management and SAP CX projects
Conducting new implementations and migrations, particularly using SAP UI5 and S/4HANA
Translating business requirements into technical solution concepts
Conducting workshops and coordinating with clients and project teams
Ensuring the quality and sustainable further development of implemented solutions
Actively contributing to long-term digitalization projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in SAP CRM / Customer Management consulting and development
Extensive practical experience with SAP CRM and/or S/4HANA Customer Management
Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP and ABAP OO, along with practical development experience
Experience in SAP consulting, development, or implementation projects
Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Very good German skills at C1 to C2 level
Client-focused, analytical, and structured approach to work
Ability to work independently, strong teamwork skills, and enthusiasm for collaborating with clients
Willingness to attend occasional client meetings and travel within the Stuttgart region
Experience with SAP UI5 is a plus
Knowledge of SAP CX is a plus
Experience with agile project methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus
Experience with SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations is a plus
Knowledge of the public sector is a plus
