About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with the Founder's Associate and the founders
  • Independently manage strategically relevant projects—from market analyses to investor memos
  • Monitor the healthcare SaaS market and derive actionable recommendations
  • Create pitch decks, memos, and fact sheets
  • Model business cases and pricing scenarios for new products, markets, and pricing structures
  • Identify potential partners, such as clinics, associations, and technology partners, and develop outreach approaches
  • Handle strategic ad hoc projects from the leadership team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies, or a comparable subject (at least in your third semester)
  • Strong analytical thinking—you can structure complexity and distill it into clear insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Notion, Miro, or similar tools is a plus
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Interest in healthcare or technology
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • No healthcare background required
