About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and lead Nadia Care’s data analytics and outcomes research function
- Own analytics from data architecture through outcomes measurement and client-facing reporting
- Partner closely with Engineering on technical implementation and Product on reporting and outcomes delivery
- Lead a team spanning data science, data analytics, and health economics/outcomes research
- Define conceptual data architecture, including entity relationships, table design, key attributes, and reporting structure
- Build and maintain frameworks identifying drivers of clinical outcomes, member retention, and payer ROI
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Produce clinical and cost evidence demonstrating program value to payer clients and members
- Ensure analyses are accurate, consistent, and repeatable across contracts and markets
- Define metric definitions, data limitations, and reporting guardrails
- Build, manage, and develop data scientists, analysts, and outcomes research specialists
- Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
- Develop white papers, presentations, and impact briefs communicating clinical and cost evidence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or health economics/outcomes research, including people management experience leading a data team
- Expert-level experience with statistical, presentation, and visualization tools including R, Python, SQL, SAS, Excel or Google Sheets, and Tableau
- Prior experience at a healthcare services company, ideally value-based care, payer-facing, or outcomes-based contracts
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Expertise in data modeling, including entity relationships, table layouts, and metric definitions
- Experience supporting CEO, COO, and other executive leaders in a healthcare services company
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technical implementation
- Expertise in health economics, statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, comparative effectiveness, or real-world evidence methodology
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a lean, dynamic team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop white papers, presentations, and impact briefs communicating clinical and cost evidence
- PhD with 7–10 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 8–12 years, in data analytics, data science, or health economics/outcomes research, including people management experience leading a data team
- Must reside in the contiguous United States; candidates residing in ND, AL, HI, PR, or outside the contiguous US cannot be hired
