About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect and structure Spain-specific supply business requirements from local stakeholders in procurement, warehouse, and store operations
Assess Spain requirements against the validated Supply core model and flag gaps or deviations for Project Lead Supply arbitration
Participate in and validate supply testing cycles for the Spain deployment
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Spain business stakeholders on supply topics
Maintain Spain-specific supply process documentation and training materials aligned with the global template
Escalate unresolved Spain Supply issues to the Project Lead Supply with sufficient context for rapid decision-making
Document Spain-specific supply requirements clearly enough to support implementation partner build and testing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM), covering procurement, inventory management, and stock valuation
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Retail functionality, including store replenishment and retail-specific inventory processes
Working knowledge of Spain-specific supply chain, tax, and vendor compliance requirements
Prior exposure to an SAP S/4HANA implementation, ideally in a multi-country context
Clear communication skills to represent stakeholder needs to the Project Lead Supply concisely and with sufficient context
Comfortable resolving routine issues independently
Flexibility to shifting priorities while V1 cutover activities and V2 Spain deployment run in parallel
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
