About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices
- Conduct and facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, blueprint sessions, and business process design workshops
- Analyse client processes and translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions
- Design and configure core SAP SD processes
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with development teams on enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and custom developments
- Support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution
- Provide SAP Fiori expertise for efficient and user-friendly SD operations
- Collaborate with business users, key users, architects, developers, project managers, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and comprehensive documentation
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project team members
- Provide hypercare and go-live support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent German and English skills
- Solid experience in SAP SD module
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments
- Proficient in using SAP Fiori applications
- Experience leading and coordinating design workshops
- Experience with fit-to-standard implementations and standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Experience in SAP integration with other SAP modules
- Advanced Available-to-Promise (ATP)
- Ability to navigate complex system landscapes and make well-founded decisions regarding standardization versus customization
- Experience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders
- Strong SAP SD customizing
- Understanding of SD/LE processes and SAP Best Practices
- Experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
