About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, evolution, and governance of end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
Collaborate with System Architects and engineering teams to define architecture roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility.
Support Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains (ARTs), contributing to Program Increment planning and architecture alignment.
Develop and maintain the Architectural Runway, enabling faster and more predictable delivery.
Drive architecture decisions across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, security, and compliance within solution designs.
Support the creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and delivery teams.
Ensure consistency of technology approaches across teams, programs, and suppliers.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business value and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar senior role.
Strong experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences or other highly regulated environments.
Proven experience with SAFe / Agile at scale.
Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integration, data platforms, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture principles.
Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
