About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build polished, performant UI in Vue 3 using the Composition API
Develop the data layer supporting frontend experiences
Own features end-to-end from PRD discussions through KPI tracking and iteration after launch
Partner with Product to define meaningful KPIs and evaluate feature performance
Evolve component-library patterns, primitives, and supporting infrastructure
Build Node.js/NestJS services and work across Postgres, Snowflake, and ClickHouse
Develop guardrails, skills, and workflows for safe and effective AI-assisted development
Improve UX and code quality across the wider R&D organization
Mentor and help ramp up other engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of full stack development experience across frontend, backend, and databases
Deep frontend expertise and passion for user journey and UX
Experience with Vue 3 and Composition API
Solid backend knowledge with NestJS
Comfort working across Postgres, Snowflake, and ClickHouse
Track record shaping SaaS product experiences, including design systems, component libraries, frontend architecture, best practices, and infrastructure
Product judgment and experience working within PRDs and defining KPIs
Experience building or scaling design systems at a fast-growing SaaS company (bonus)
Knowledge of performance and accessibility best practices (bonus)
