About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain the web application using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
  • Build the flow editor, call analytics, billing, and partner tools
  • Build the native companion app with Expo/React Native or Swift
  • Develop features across the stack, from the user interface to the database using Prisma and PostgreSQL, and Python services
  • Own features end to end: turn customer needs into requirements, ship them, and assess their impact
  • Apply DevOps practices to support development and deployment, including Docker and, when appropriate, Kubernetes
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be located in Greece, Germany, or Austria
  • Relevant web or mobile development experience welcome; open to junior, mid-level, and senior candidates with strong practical skills and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
  • Experience building mobile apps with Expo/React Native, Swift, or a comparable stack
  • English proficiency is essential, written and spoken
  • German is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
  • Product sense and willingness to ask why before building
  • Willingness to take ownership of features and contribute to team discussions
  • Nice to have: Tailwind CSS, Prisma, PostgreSQL or Supabase
  • Nice to have: Python and FastAPI for backend services
  • Nice to have: Docker and Kubernetes basics
  • Nice to have: experience with real-time features, audio, or AI products
