About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide PeopleSoft environment administration for the IPPS-A Army Military Payroll program
Manage and plan PeopleSoft environments
Create and maintain PeopleSoft environment diagrams
Oversee and conduct code and data migrations across environments
Create, refresh, back up, restore, and delete environments as necessary
Provide technical assistance to developers, analysts, and testers
Troubleshoot environment issues
Coordinate interface-partner connectivity with the Interface Manager
Work with CyberSecurity personnel to implement STIG configurations and address security-scan findings
Collaborate with Agile Teams, the Release Manager, Configuration Manager, CyberSecurity Engineer, Interface Manager, and Program Manager
Coach and assist teammates as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred
PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP experience a plus
Certifications in CompTIA Security+, SAFe DevOps and PeopleSoft HCM preferred
Current Secret clearance required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
