About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive training on using NAPA to support customers in the global shipbuilding and maritime industry
- Help customers solve real-world design challenges related to NAPA’s software
- Create example ship models for demonstrations, training, and testing
- Contribute to training content
- Assist with user training on-site at various locations in Europe where appropriate
- Support the Software Development team with testing and quality feedback
- Work with Sales and Product teams to improve the customer experience
- Work alongside the global Services team and coordinate with NAPA USA and NAPA Finland
Requirements
What you’ll need- Junior or graduate student currently pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Ship Structures, or a related field
- Target graduation date of May 2028
- Solid understanding of naval architecture, ship structures, or structural design
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Familiarity with NAPA software or CAD/CAE tools such as AVEVA Marine, Cadmatic, or Ship Constructor is a plus
- Basic programming skills, an interest in software development or testing, or curiosity about applying AI to service operations or data analysis is a plus
- Eligibility to work in Finland for the internship period
