About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise wireless networking solutions using Cisco and Aruba technologies
- Configure and support Cisco Catalyst 9800 WLCs, access points, Wi-Fi 6/6E environments, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco SD-WAN, and Aruba Central WiFi
- Administer secure guest access, traffic anchoring, 802.1X authentication, device profiling, and posture policies
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco switches, routers, and LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure
- Provide Level 2/3 support
- Engineer, document, and recommend network solutions improving scalability, performance, and reliability across global operations
- Report to the Director - Systems and Network Administration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Multiple years of experience in network architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance
- Proven experience supporting large-scale global networks and multivendor environments
- Proven experience operating and supporting enterprise Wi-Fi services
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- CCNP certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Aruba and Cisco wireless technologies, Cisco Catalyst Center, and Cisco SD-WAN preferred
- Experience with Ansible scripting and AI development preferred
