About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Nash's corporate narrative across press, analysts, customers, partners and the internal team
- Build the media program across business, technology and trade press, including supply chain, retail, grocery and autonomous delivery
- Build analyst relations from scratch and establish autonomic logistics as a recognized category
- Prepare the CEO and senior leaders as spokespeople
- Own internal communications
- Turn customer wins into public proof with verifiable figures
- Own issues and crisis management, speaking, awards and agency relationships
- Work with Product Marketing, the Chief Growth Officer and CEO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in communications
- In-house leadership at a high-growth B2B technology company, or senior agency experience with an appetite to move in-house
- Built or led an analyst relations program for a complex enterprise platform
- Real relationships with business, technology and trade press, with a track record of placing stories
- Prepared C-level executives as spokespeople
- Uses Claude or an equivalent LLM as a core part of research, preparation and work
- Exceptional writing
- Discretion and strong judgment
- Bonus: experience on the analyst side, category creation at an infrastructure, logistics or autonomy company, or a public writing presence
- Location: Bay Area (hybrid) or US remote
