Design in-depth interviews with senior executives and practitioners, and synthesize results into organized notes capturing key learnings
Develop qualitative research from interviews, surveys, and open-source research into clear, actionable insights and best practices
Write and edit detailed step-by-step case studies and roadmaps translating peer and expert insights into practical implementation plans
Experiment with new AI tools and releases to assess how they can improve communications workflows
Apply change management principles to develop adoption roadmaps, training plans, and upskilling programs
Draft PowerPoint presentations, memos, and other client deliverables communicating findings and recommendations
Support monthly webinars, executive briefings, and training sessions building AI capability across client teams
Prepare briefing materials and research summaries for executive advisors and respond to subsequent questions
Contribute to product development by creating innovative analytic approaches, optimizing operations, and improving the research product

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative research, including designing interviews and synthesizing findings into clear conclusions
Ability to highlight key insights within complex data, synthesize large amounts of information, and clearly explain insights to clients
Creative thinking and resourcefulness in problem-solving
Experience creating case studies, benchmarking reports, white papers, or other client-facing research products highly preferred
Skilled project manager able to independently manage competing priorities and adhere to timelines
Familiarity with change management fundamentals and ability to apply them to drive team adoption of new tools and workflows
Hands-on experience using AI tools and prompting, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot
1–3 years of experience in case study or best practices research, change management, organizational development, AI transformation, or a related field
Research focused on AI, organizational development, or the future of work preferred
Earned Bachelor's degree required
Entrepreneurial spirit and track record of building new initiatives from conception to execution
Prodigious work ethic and spirit of generosity
