About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to all aspects of Societal and Reputational Intelligence client engagements
- Use media monitoring tools and qualitative research methods to identify and track trending societal issues
- Produce custom analyses, bespoke insights, and recommendations for clients
- Support the Senior Director of Content Strategy on flagship research projects, thought leadership reports, and webinars
- Lead production of additional content supporting team goals
- Produce content for key client accounts and ensure timely delivery of project work
- Collaborate on research methodologies and approaches to answer client questions
- Lead analysts producing signature content
- Draft PowerPoint presentations, memos, and other client deliverables
- Present findings and interact with clients as a trusted expert and advisor on corporate reputational risks
- Contribute to product development through innovative analytic approaches, operational optimization, and research-product improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong familiarity with contentious societal issues
- Solid understanding of the media and political environment
- Excellent qualitative research and analysis skills
- Ability to execute against tight deadlines and develop professional, intellectually sound client deliverables
- Highly analytic, natural problem solver with proven client-facing research delivery skills
- Ability to identify key insights in complex data, synthesize large amounts of information, and clearly explain insights to clients
- Skilled project manager able to manage competing priorities and adhere to timelines
- Strong writing skills for varied audiences
- Some experience with PowerPoint or other visual presentation formats highly preferred
- 3–5 years of work experience in market research, consulting, policy analysis, risk analysis, Capitol Hill, or executive agency work
- Earned Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit and track record of building initiatives from conception to execution
- Creative thinking and resourcefulness in problem-solving
- Prodigious work ethic and spirit of generosity
- Advanced ability to integrate AI tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, into content creation
